Just booked a place in Duck for the last week of March/first week of April...can't wait to come back for sure!! The ocean might still be a bit cold, but I think it's the perfect time to visit when no one else is around.

Yes, what I like about Kitty Hawk Kites, is their toy area. I never take my baby with me to this shop as it always ends in a scandal, so I buy toys for him and my nephews on my own.

This was a wonderful effort on the part of Joe Lamb Jr., property owners and the staff to donate their time and money toward the relief efforts in Haiti. It is nice to know "people do care".

I hope they inforce it. WE have the same law in my state and is not legal to talk on your cell without a headset while driving but is almost never inforced.

We are from the State of Ca. and travel east on business and vacation quite a bit. SOme years ago they past the same law in Ca. banning smoking in public places including bars and was one of the best things that ever happend. Business owners saw no drop in business due to the ban since all were dealing with the same rules. Years later, it's normal and smokers go outside, talk to each other, meet new friends and go back in saving the rest of us. Wa to go NC
