JOIN the FUN!: Don't Miss the 5th Annual Duck Jazz Fest
It's time to start making plans for the fall. What will you be doing this Columbus Day weekend? On Sunday, October 9th, you won't want to miss the 5th Annual Duck Jazz Fest. Each year this fantastic and FREE festival grows in size and scope. This year the headliners include Grammy-nominated musician Chieli Munucci of the band TIZER.
Starting at 11AM on the Duck Town Green and lasting until around dusk, the Duck Jazz Fest is FREE and open to everyone. You're welcome to bring picnic baskets, lawn chairs and blankets. Food vendors will be available on-site and chairs will be available for rent. Umbrellas, tents and smoking are prohibited.
Please check out duckjazz.com for a complete line-up of musicians. As a local Outer Banker, this is one event that I try to attend every single year and this year will be no different. Dancing and singing along is encouraged, so please join us for this wonderful event!
