JOIN the FUN!: Sunday Brunch on the OBX
I'm not one who eats out for breakfast very often. Getting two kids up, dressed and out of the house before anyone has eaten isn't exactly fun for me, so we usually stick to breakfasts at home. But Sunday Brunch is different. We can be leisurely getting there, and everyone's already had a little something to fill their bellies. In fact, if I had to choose, I'd
say one of the best meals of the week is Sunday Brunch. It isn't every week that I eat brunch, so it always feels
like special occasion when I get to order a Bloody Mary and an Eggs
Benedict on a Sunday afternoon.
If you haven't tried it, Sunday Brunch on the Outer Banks can be a real culinary adventure. Whether it's the Huevos Rancheros at Chilli Peppers, the Andouille sausage in puff pastry at The Pearl, the Shrimp and Grits at the Outer Banks Brewing Station or the Make-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar at Beach Road Grill, there are plenty of delicious opportunities to savor Sunday Brunch up and down the beach. I'm always open to new dining experiences, so if I've left out a fabulous brunch locale or missed out on a to-die-for menu item, please let me know!
