Spring is in the Air!
It's been over a week since I last blogged. I've been waylaid with two sick kiddos... but that's to be expected as winter draws to a close. The abundance of sniffles and sneezes in my house has made my spring fever reach an all-time high. And today, as at least one of my babies seems to be feeling better, it seems that spring is within reach. Both the pear tree and the maple tree in my front yard are showing some new buds. Daylight savings time is less than a week away--Sunday, March 13th, to be exact. And my favorite harbinger of spring, the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade, is less than 2 weeks away! I can hardly wait to put away my winter coat and bring out my flip flops. With the beautiful sun shining high in the sky this morning, I know that spring is right around the corner!
