Santa & The Train at The Brewing Station
Last year I brought my then two-year old son Sam to Santa & The Train, a fundraiser for Children at Play, at the Outer Banks Brewing Station. And while he was scared to death of Santa (the picture taken was of him running in fear away from the jolly fellow), the cool handmade train and play area kept him busy for over an hour. This year the fundraiser is again at the Brew Station with all profits going to Children at Play, a local non-profit children's museum. Take your kids between 3:30-6:30PM tomorrow night (Wednesday, December 15) to the Brew Station for a picture with Santa printed on the spot, fun on the polar express train, and let the kids make fun crafts and holiday art. Tickets are $4 in advance and $5 at the door--well worth it for a few hours of kid-friendly entertainment and a picture with Santa.
