New Food Lion to Open September 15th

A brand new Food Lion grocery store in Nags Head will be opening next week, just as their old location next to Staples closes down.  The new Food Lion will be less than a mile south of the old one, at approximately milepost 10.5.  On September 15th they'll be having a "soft opening" to preview the store, from 5PM-7PM.  The Grand Opening will be the following day, Wednesday, September 16th.  If you happen to be in town right now, stop by the one that's closing its doors--everything in the store is 30% off.  I went this morning, and although it's getting picked over, there are still quite few good deals to be had!
