Notice to Vacationers Renting After Sept. 1 - Sales Tax toIncrease By 1%

North Carolinais raising sales tax by 1% on September 1, 2009.  This affects renters who have booked homes onSeptember 1 or later.  In order to complywith this new law, we must bill for the tax increase.  If you have already paid in full, you can paythe tax one of two ways.

  1. If there is enough time before your rental, you can mail a check.  Be sure to put your reservation number and unit number in the memo section of the check.  You can mail the check to:

Joe Lamb, Jr. & Associates

P.O. Box 1030

Kitty Hawk, NC 27949

  1. You may bring in a check when you arrive, if there is not enough time to mail a check.

We apologize for any inconvenience!
