Outer Banks Wedding Expo
Calling all brides and grooms: The Outer Banks Wedding Weekend and Expo is just around the corner! Next weekend, January 10th and 11th, the Outer Banks Wedding Association is holding its 11th annual Expo at First Flight High School
in Kill Devil Hills. If you're planning on getting married on the Outer Banks, this show is a must-see. The Expo is a great opportunity to meet hundreds of wedding professionals face-to-face, taste cake and catering samples, listen to local deejays and musicians, flip through photographers' portfolios and more. On Saturday, couples are invited to take a self-guided tour of ceremony and reception sites from 10am - 4pm. From 7pm - 10pm on Saturday, brides can attend a Meet and Greet social at the Duck Woods Country Club. On Sunday, the Expo will be from 11am - 4pm at First Flight High School. One lucky bride and groom will win the 2009 Dream Wedding Package, worth thousands of dollars in free wedding services and accommodations.
