Penguin Isle Soundside Grille and Bar is excited to announce a summer Kitchen Curriculum taught by Chef Lee Miller.  Classes will take place in the Penguin Isle kitchen on Wednesday mornings from 10:00 a.m. - Noon.  The cost of each class is $25.00.  Classes are limited to 12 people, but must have at least 6 participants.  Register via e-mail to Karen Warlitner kwarlitner@earthlink.net by 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the class.

Here's the line up for the first part of the summer.

June 25 - Intro to Seasoned Wood Grilling: Steaks, Chops and More

July 2 - Specialty Vegetables & Homemade Pastas and Bread

July 9 - Decadent Pastries

July 16 - Dine and Wine Pairing: Meats and Accompanying Dishes Paired with the Perfect Wine ******
