While the Outer Banks is known for its beautiful beaches and great historic and natural attractions, it's also a wonderful spot to take advantage of some great outdoors activities.  This month we'll take a look at some options to pack some adventure into your vacation! 

Have you ever tried windsurfing?  It's easy to pick up after a 2 1/2 hour lesson! The water in the sounds is shallow and warm, making it a perfect place to try.  Equipment is available for all ages, and if you tried wind surfing years ago, you'll be glad to know that the gear is much lighter these days and more user friendly.
