This Saturday night March 8 the Film Theater at Roanoke Island Festival Park will come alive with the sounds of traditional Celtic music presented in a modern style.  The USAF Heritage Aire Celtic Ensemble uses traditional Irish instruments such as the Irish flute, tin whistles, button accordion and budron as well as the guitar and clarinet to achieve their distinctive sound.

The ensemble has recently returned from overseas where it entertained both American and Coalition troops and local communities in the Middle East.  Showtime is 8:00 p.m. March 8.
