As part of the Dare County Library Foundation's Winter Enrichment Series, William MacNeill  will present a program Tango! The Song! The Dance! The Obsession! MacNeill, a musician and multi-media enthusiast will give a history of the dance (which is growing in popularity across the state) as well as showing off a few dance steps.  Part of the program will be watching footage from international tango shows.

Tango! The Song! The Dance! The Obsession! takes place on Saturday February 16th at 3:00 p.m. at the Manteo Library and again on February 17th at 3:00 p.m. at the Hatteras Village Civic Center.
