Here's how it works:
There is a three (3) night minimum stay. Keep in mind that we still have to reserve partial rentals within the weekly check-in, check-out timeframe of the home. For example if you wish to travel May 17th, 18th & 19th you will need to reserve a home that has a Sunday check-out day. For the most part that will be the homes that are even numbered. Saturday homes are odd numbered ( as a rule but not always).
You can call the Monday of the week you wish to travel within. Using the example above - you would call on May 14th. The minimum rental rate is $450.00 for three nights. If the home has a pool or hot tub there will be an additional fee for them to be available for your use.
